SPRING BREAK VISITATION

If you are subject to a standard possession order, the next few weeks are very important for you.

Here’s why:

In standard possession orders, Spring Break is divided out as even and odd years. So, if you are the primary parent, you typically have even Spring Break possession. Because Spring Break falls in an even year this year, the primary parent would have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the day school ends and continuing until 6:00 p.m. on the day before school resumes from the break. Do you know your holiday schedules or need them modified?
